About us

Built on experience. Run with purpose.

Brentwood Marina officially opened April 2026 on Offatt’s Bayou in Galveston, Texas, marking the completion of a three-year development led by a local father-and-son team. The new facility offers a full-service marina experience with both dry storage and wet slips designed to meet the needs of today’s boaters.

Conveniently located just off Interstate 45 at the 71st Street exit along Broadway Street, Brentwood Marina provides direct access to the Intracoastal Canal, East Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico via the Galveston jetties. On-site services include vessel launching, fueling, preparation, cleaning, and a selection of boating supplies- delivering a streamlined, all-in-one experience on the water.

The project is led by managing partners Steve Streller and Joey Streller, who bring a combined background in real estate development and boating. The concept was born out of their own challenges finding reliable, high-quality boat storage in Galveston- ultimately driving them to develop a solution for the broader boating community.

Construction began in 2023 with a focus on long-term durability, operational efficiency, and ease of maintenance. The marina currently features 167 dry storage spaces and 28 wet slips, accommodating vessels up to 42 feet. Future expansion plans include increasing wet slip capacity to more than 90, bringing the total number of berths to approximately 260.

Brentwood Marina is professionally managed in partnership with Coastal Marina Management, led by Scott Burt and Caitlin Jewett. The steel structure was provided by Roof and Rack, with site development completed by Lucas Construction.

Since announcing the project, Brentwood Marina has generated strong early interest, with reservations and inquiries coming in ahead of full operations. Its highly visible location and the limited recent marina development in Galveston have positioned it as a standout addition to the local waterfront.
